LAG Frankopan implements projects funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, focusing on agricultural modernization, digitalization, and renewable energy production. For the 2023-2027 period, the group has €1.82 million available for implementing various projects and calls for proposals, with the first calls expected in spring 2024.
In addition to financial support, LAG Frankopan actively works on community education through workshops covering topics such as project management, EU policies for green and digital transitions, and EU project marketing.
The activities also include interterritorial cooperation projects that strengthen local capacities and promote local agri-food products.
