Renowned Chefs Host Workshop in Klis
Renowned chefs held a cooking workshop in Klis focused on preparing traditional dishes from the Dalmatian hinterland. The workshop highlighted the use of native Croatian chicken breeds, known for their complexity in preparation.
The masterclass was hosted in the tavern within the Agro-Ethno Park Stella Croatica in Klis. It was led by well-known Croatian chefs Hrvoje Zirojević, Tereza Alabanda, Ivica Katić, and Luka Veić, and was attended by local chefs and hospitality professionals from the Dalmatian hinterland.

The Local2Local Project
Local Action Groups (LAGs) are EU-established bodies designed to support the development of rural regions. They bring together representatives from the public, economic, and civil sectors who collaborate to develop their region.
Local2Local
The Local2Local project aims to enhance hospitality skills and promote local gastronomic wisdom through the reinterpretation of traditional recipes, certification of hospitality providers, and the creation of a recommendation system based on local resources.
Project Partners
The Local2Local project comprises 10 partner LAGs. They cover all regions of Croatia, from Istria and Dalmatia to Central Croatia and Slavonia, combining a vast array of traditional recipes and ingredients.
Local Recipes
Partner LAGs encourage the development of local producers (family farms) and hospitality establishments that use local ingredients while promoting traditional values.
